Communicable Diseases Reporting System
Communicable Diseases Reporting System records and submits disease reports by physicians and other healthcare workers to the relevant authorities.
Medical centers and doctors can submit disease reports by answering 2 to 4 disease validation questions in just a few seconds. Reports can be submitted via either a chatbot or the website.
On first use, users (health staff) must complete the registration process, location selection on the map, and identity verification, which takes 3 to 5 minutes.

System Users
Authorized health organizations can use this system to monitor disease outbreaks in real-time within their covered regions. If epidemiological patterns change (e.g., emerging epidemics), they can take timely measures for disease control and management.
Each center has access to a dedicated dashboard to view and manage its data and communicate with patients.
Using GIS technology, the system displays disease outbreaks on a map for managers and experts. The multi-layered map allows for real-time drill-down reporting at different levels:
✔ State / Province
✔ County
✔ City
✔ Municipal districts
✔ Street-level details (Real-Time)
